Job Description
We are looking for a skilled PHP Backend Developer to join our growing technology team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving secure and scalable web applications, APIs, admin panels, and database-driven systems.
The developer will work closely with frontend developers and product teams to build reliable features and improve existing applications.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and MySQL.
Build secure REST APIs for mobile and web applications.
Design and optimize MySQL database tables, queries, and indexes.
Integrate third-party APIs and payment services.
Implement authentication, authorization, session management, and security best practices.
Debug application errors and improve system performance.
Maintain clean, reusable, and well-structured code.
Work with frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
Deploy and maintain applications on production servers.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
Understanding of REST API development and JSON.
Knowledge of prepared statements and SQL injection prevention.
Experience with Git and version control.
Basic knowledge of Linux servers and web hosting.
Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks on time.
