About the Role
Nexa Loan Hub is looking for enthusiastic and communication-focused Telecallers to join our growing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, explaining suitable loan and company services, answering basic queries, and assisting interested customers through the process. This is a Work From Home opportunity with training and career growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
What You Will Do
Make outbound calls to customers using company-provided data.
Explain loan products, offers and other company services clearly.
Understand customer requirements and generate genuine leads.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Maintain accurate calling and customer records in the CRM.
Update daily work reports as instructed by the team leader.
Coordinate with the team for customer queries and follow-ups.
Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and performance targets.
Maintain professional communication with customers.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of Hindi; Marathi/English will be an advantage.
Basic smartphone/computer and internet knowledge.
Ability to work independently from home.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Must have a smartphone, stable internet connection and a suitable environment for calling.
Positive attitude, punctuality and willingness to learn.
